How I care for me practise / W.I.N.-manual
The "W.I.N." manual
W.I.N. stands for What I Need.
This brief one-time Business Journaling exercise is also called "How I care for me" practise.
It enables you to develop the next 'Best possible version' for yourself, including tangible small steps and actions.
This page describes the solo-version, i.e. doing this exercise on your own and for yourself. The team version will be described on another page soon.

The template and a short guidance
Create 5 spaces on a piece of paper like shown in the template on the right.
Fill out the sheet with whatever pops to your mind. Don’t let your cognitive brain argue right now if “this is (im)possible”. ;-) Try to let it flow while writing!
Take your calendar and set yourself a fixed date & time when to review how it worked so far.
Set that review date with yourself NOW(!). Here's a rule of thumb:
you do it for the first time: 2-3 weeks
next times: 4-6 weeks
Put the paper at a place where you see it daily, e.g.
a. in your journal
b. somewhere visible in your flat (e.g. besides your bed or tooth brush)
Act on it - and most important: celebrate each small step! :-)
Review & adjust.
Download the printable template here, including a short "how-to use it" to get you started right away!
