I'm Cosima and I'm an independent agile leadership coach and socio-technical consultant. 

Clients pay me for helping them with organizational and socio-technical challenges.
Mostly I support with Leadership Coaching, Team Coaching / Group Facilitation, Sociotechnical Consulting or Agile Coaching.

You can also book me for a talk, a workshop or a keynote at your organisation or event.

Since 2004 I worked in a variety of domains including automotive industry, finance & banking,
healthcare, travel & tourism and in the public sector.

Constant learning and sharing my expertise e.g. as a speaker on international conferences is one of my passions.

I do care more about systems thinking than local optimization,
I believe in the ability and willingness of people to grow, perform and thrive in healthy organizations
